living room concert part III & IV

Hi everybody,

Sorry for not writing to you in Dutch…

Sometimes things happen for a reason, and this is one of them I guess. Last year October I met Martin  and Julie at the Denovali Swingfest. Denovali Swingfest is a experimental music festival held every year  in Essen Germany. Together Martin and Julie form AUN (in the meantime Fred joined AUN). AUN originate  from Canada and play the music yours truly likes the most.

After a couple of German beers we started talking about the concept of Living Room concerts and to my surprise  they embraced the idea of playing our small living room in the near future. Hey, who can refuse such an offer….  Dirk Serries and Hellmut Neidhardt went before them. But sadly we couldn’t match our calendars and the idea  somewhat moved to the back of my head…but there it stayed smoldering and waiting for the right time.

April 2012 AUN will be touring Europe with another great Canadian artist named Eric Quach (thisquietarmy).

As I noticed a date in their tour schedule without any show I decided to ask them if the were still interested  in playing in Goor. That was yesterday evening at 22:00 hours. And now 24 hours later I’m sending you the  invitation to a double concert.

We are proud to present you an evening of Harmonics And Nonadaptive Sounds with:

As we are aware of the short notice for this unique event we would really give you the opportunity to be part  of the living room concert part III & IV. We would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible if you  would like to attend (alone or with friends). As always seats are limited and are on a “first come first serve” basis.

Tickets are € 10,-.

We would really like to welcome you at the 14th of April.

Till than!
